SPE GERMES ARMATURA LTD., CO has modern, high-precision and productive machining centers on its production base allowing to carry out complex processing of complex parts from different sides without their relocation.

CNC machining centers are designed for high-precision milling, drilling, boring and other operations in feedstock of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.

Our machining processes holes, grooves or special continuous curvatures.

In addition to perform numerous metalworking operations for a single part processing, the CNC system and equipment design allow to perform various interpolations simultaneously in three coordinates.

  • Vertical machining center with CNC DMTG VDF 1800

Vertical milling machining center VDF 1800 is able to produce unique, large-sized parts from difficult-to-machine materials.

Designed to process blank parts from corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, nickel-cobalt, titanium and other difficult-to-machine alloys in the automotive, aerospace, instrument-making industry, power engineering, as well as for the manufacture of high quality stamps and molds.

 

 

  • Horizontal CNC machining center DMTG DL 30M

The CNC lathe DL 30M is designed for processing of the outer and inner surfaces of parts such as rotation bodies with a stepped and curved profile of various complexity, including thread cutting, drilling, and counterboring.

 

 

 

 

  • CNC Lathe with bed slant DMTG DL 20M

The lathe DL 20M is designed for machining of parts having the form of rotation bodies (rollers, mandrels, bushings, blanks for gear wheels, etc.), as well as a disk-shaped shape.

Allows to perform numerous operations with the workpiece in one step (grind grooves, process face, cylindrical, shaped, tapered surfaces, drill, countersink, bore holes).
