Equipment used:

We use mobile X-ray fluorescence and optical emission analyzers manufactured by Oxford Instruments (UK)

All equipment has certificates of conformance and certificates of verification.

X-MET 8000

X-MET 8000 portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer for accurate determination of 34 elements: Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Pd, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Hf, Ta, W, Pt, Ir, Au, Pb, Bi in concentrations from 0 to 100%. It can be used for the analysis of metals on any basis: Pb, W, Au, etc., ferroalloys.

High-precision analysis of light elements (Mg, Al, Si, P and S) due to the optimized geometry of the detector-X-ray tube and specialized analytical programs provide reliable and accurate analysis of  aluminum, copper, magnesium and titanium and any other alloys.

High speed analysis (including light elements) 2-5 seconds.

Low detection limits provide accurate analysis of impurity elements.

Analysis of objects of all shapes and sizes:  wire, foil, powder, chips, welds. 

The ability to analyze metals on any basis, complex high-alloyed alloys, special alloys, ferroalloys, precious metals, solders, master alloys.

PMI-MASTER UVR

Mobile optical emission analyzer of metals PMI-MASTER UVR, which allows for high-precision analysis and determine the brand of any steel and alloys with the ability to analyze carbon, sulfur, phosphorus.

Modular design, portability and the ability to work from a small battery allow to use the analyzer in any conditions: shop, laboratory and outdoors. 

The ability to accurately analyze C, P, S, Si and alloying elements “on site” using a lightweight remote sensor.

 

The ability to measure uneven samples, thin rods and wire without special adapters.
